Free tracked shipping on US orders and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Here is how both work.

Processing time

We pack and ship orders in 1-2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday go out the next business day.

US orders usually arrive in 5-9 business days after they ship. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the label scans.

Busy seasons and weather can add a few days.

Shipping is free on all US orders. Any duties or taxes outside the US are the buyer's responsibility.

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will try to fix the address or cancel before it ships. Once it ships we cannot change it.

Try it for 30 days. If it is not for you, email support@nuvorali.com with your order number and we will send return steps.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is received.

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. No need to send a broken unit back.

If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
